Manage subscriptions and subscriber database
Process customer enquiries, orders, and renewals via phone, email, website, and in person
Assemble postal and email lists for subscribers and advertisers
Coordinate promotional products, prizes, and giveaways
Work directly with customers and advertisers at industry shows
Invoice processes and debt collection with Xero
Perform day-to-day office administrative tasks

Travel photography and videography for print and digital platforms

About Me
With a background in customer service and digital media, I bring a combination of adaptability, communication, and creativity to my work. My experience as Cabin Crew at Air New Zealand strengthened my ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, connect with people from all walks of life, and confidently manage challenges under pressure.
Having studied Travel & Tourism and Finance, I’ve developed a strong interest in both business operations and digital communication. I’m someone who enjoys learning new skills, taking initiative, and continuously improving both professionally and creatively. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I bring a reliable work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong working relationships.
