Digital Manager

My professional journey combines experience in customer service, communication, business, and digital media across multiple industries. Before joining NZTODAY-RV Lifestyle, I completed a Level 4 Certificate in Travel & Tourism, which developed my understanding of customer experience, organisation, and the tourism industry. 

I then spent nine years working as Cabin Crew for Air New Zealand, where I gained invaluable experience in communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and working under pressure in fast-paced environments. This role strengthened my ability to work with people from all backgrounds, managing challenging situations calmly, and delivering a high standard of service and professionalism at all times.

Alongside my career, I have also been working towards a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance at Massey University. My studies have helped me build analytical thinking skills, business knowledge, and an understanding of finance, marketing, and strategic decision-making.

These combined experiences have shaped the skillset I bring to NZTODAY-RV Lifestyle magazine today. Blending customer relations, business operations, digital media, and problem-solving. I pride myself on being adaptable, quick to learn, highly motivated and capable of bringing both professionalism and creativity into the workplace.
